1. Who we are

Komezano is a fitness and nutrition application operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [ADDRESS], Dominican Republic. You can reach us at support@komezano.com.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record and authorized reseller for all Komezano purchases. Paddle will appear as the merchant on your bank or card statement, and Paddle's own terms apply to the payment transaction itself.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. One person, one account: creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated free credits is a breach of these terms and we may withhold promotional credits or close the accounts involved.

3. Plans, AI credits and billing

Komezano offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Both include a monthly allowance of AI credits, which are consumed when you use AI-powered features such as the AI Trainer and AI Chef. You may also buy one-time credit packs.

  • Monthly allowance credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not carry over.
  • Credits from a purchased pack do not expire and are used only after your monthly allowance is exhausted.
  • Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money.
  • Prices are charged in US dollars. Prices shown in Dominican pesos are for reference; your card issuer sets the final conversion rate.
  • Pro renews automatically each period until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.

We may change prices or credit allowances. If we do, we will give at least 30 days' notice before the change affects an existing paid subscription, and the change will never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

4. Health disclaimer

Komezano is not a medical service, and nothing in it is medical advice. Workout plans, nutrition guidance and AI-generated responses are informational only and may be incomplete or wrong. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition programme, and stop immediately and seek medical attention if you feel unwell. You use Komezano at your own risk.

5. AI features

AI responses are generated by third-party language models. They can be inaccurate, and they are not reviewed by a person before you see them. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, or financial decisions. We do not guarantee availability of AI features, and a credit spent on a request that fails before reaching the model is refunded to your balance automatically.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute or share access to your account or AI credits.
  • Attempt to circumvent credit metering, rate limits, or payment controls.
  • Use the service to generate unlawful, abusive or harmful content.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the service or its APIs.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the data you enter — workouts, meals, measurements and messages. You grant us the licence needed to store and process it in order to operate the service, including sending the relevant parts of a prompt to our AI provider. We do not sell your personal data.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. You can close your account at any time from your settings; where a paid period has already begun, section 3 and our Refund Policy govern what happens to it.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Komezano is provided "as is" without warranties, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, and the courts of [CITY], Dominican Republic have exclusive jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law gives you a right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

11. Changes

We will post any change to these terms on this page with a new "last updated" date, and will notify registered users by email for changes that materially affect their rights.
